Wedding Package for 2009 The 2009 cost for a 5 hour wedding package for 100 people is $9,275. This discounted package includes the following: Reception Site: * Host or hostess to oversee the entire wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception and help you coordinate your event within your budget. * All site fees. * Your rental of Country Gardens B&B Special Events Venue entitles you to exclusive use of the event site for the day of your stay. * Optional overnight stay available at extra cost. Disc Jockey: * Coordinates and performs all ceremonial aspects of the ceremony and reception and plays music chosen by bride and groom during the reception and ceremony. Attends rehearsal. Wedding Cake: * Package includes personally chosen wedding cake, which serves 100 people. Other options are available at other prices. Minister or Justice-of-the Peace: * Performs personallzed ceremony and coordinates rehearsal with DJ and hostess. Attends rehearsal. Bar Service: * Champagne toast in fluted glassware. * One-hour "open bar," serving beer, wine, malt beverages, soda and juices. * Four-hour "cash bar," following the open bar, serving the same beverages. * Two bartenders for 5 hours. * Liability insurance for 100 people. * $30.00 one-day license fee from the town of Rehoboth for "cash" bar. Please note that other bar options and packages are available, at extra cost, and that distilled liquors are not part of "cash" bar packages, according to Massachusetts state law. Massachusetts state law only allows distilled liquors to be served in an "open bar" format for the entire reception. This open bar format does not require the $30 one-day license from the town of Rehoboth. Flowers: * Variety of seasonal flowers complimenting the bridal colors. * Includes bouquets for the bride, maid of honor and two bridesmaids. * Corsages for two mothers and two grandmothers. * Boutonnieres for the groom, best man, two ushers, two fathers and two grandfathers. * One head table arrangement. Additional flowers for the bridal party & family, along with flower arrangements for guest tables and other site areas, are available at additional cost through the florist. Food: * Elegant hot buffet meal, which includes table linens, deluxe disposable plates, cutlery and mugs. * Buffet attendants. This buffet can be modified or upgraded, as well as our other menus, such as sit-down dinner menus, at additional cost. Recreational Activities: * If requested, recreational activities include horseshoes, volleyball and bocce at no extra charge. This package does not include a photographer and/or videographer, due to individual preferences and the wide variety of packages available. Country Gardens can recommend professionals in each of these areas upon request. This package price is subject to change, if changes are made to any of the above-mentioned professional vendor packages. All vendor packages will be finalized and confirmed with each specific professional vendor (i.e. site hostess, caterer, D.J., bar service, professional cake designer and florist). Any modifications to the basic package will be made with the specific professional vendor and priced accordingly. All deposits and scheduled payments will be made, to each individual professional vendor, at the time of final selections and confirmation of the specific vendor package. Note: Any wedding package exceeding five (5) hours is subject to an extra $800/hour site fee. Also, there is a $100/person site fee charge for any wedding reception exceeding 140 people.
