Price Guide - Wedding Package

The cost of a five-hour wedding for 100 people ranges between $8,600 and $9,600*. (Please note that we can accommodate from 20 to 140 people, which directly affects the package price.) This discounted package price includes:

Reception Site: (included, but not optional)

  • A host or hostess to oversee the entire event (including rehearsal) and to assist you in coordinating your day at Country Gardens.
  • All site fees and meetings (i.e., tents, tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, rehearsal, use of Country Gardens grounds for photos).
  • Use of Country Gardens Bridal Suite during the hours of your wedding reception here at Country Gardens. (Please note that the Bridal Suite is not for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding. An overnight stay at the Bed & Breakfast is available at extra cost.)

    Disc Jockey: (included, but not optional)

  • Coordinates and performs all aspects of the ceremony and plays music chosen by the bride and groom during the ceremony and reception.

    Wedding Cake: (included, but optional)

  • Standard package provides a personally chosen wedding cake serving 100 people. Other options are available at varying prices for larger or smaller cakes.

    Minister or Justice-of-the Peace: (included, but optional)

  • Performs personalized ceremony and attends and coordinates the rehearsal with the hostess.

    Bar Service: (included, but not optional)

  • Two bartenders for five hours for a cash bar
  • Liquor liability insurance for 100 people
  • $30 one-day license fee from the town of Rehoboth for cash bar

    • Please note that many bar packages are available to meet your wedding style and budget, which will be discussed with the caterer/bar manager. Also, distilled liquors such as gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, etc., are not part of the cash bar package per Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Commission law.State law only allows distilled liquors to be served in an “open bar” format for the entire reception. Please be sure to discuss these options with the caterer/bar manager.

    Flowers: (included, but optional)

  • A variety of seasonal flowers complementing the bridal colors
  • Bouquets for the bride, maid/matron of honor and two bridesmaids
  • Corsages for two mothers and two grandmothers
  • Boutonnieres for the groom, best man, two ushers, two fathers and two grandfathers
  • One head table arrangement

    • Flower arrangements for larger or smaller bridal parties, extra family members, guest tables and other site areas are available at the appropriate cost through the florist

    Visit Young’s Caterers for our extensive food offerings

  • For personally chosen sit-down meals or elegantly displayed hot and cold buffet meals, Young’s Caterers does it all--deliciously. Table linens, fine china and silverware or deluxe disposable plates and cutlery are all provided by our caterer at appropriate costs

    • Sit-down meals and buffet meals can be modified/personalized to fit your wedding style at appropriate costs

    Recreational Activities:

  • If requested, recreational activities, including horseshoes and lawn bocce, can be set up at no additional cost. You can also bring your own games and activities. Talk with Ralph about your ideas

    • This package does not include a photographer and/or videographer. Country Gardens can recommend outstanding professionals upon request

    *This package price is subject to change, if modifications are made to any of the above-mentioned professional vendor packages. All professional vendor packages will be finalized, confirmed and paid to each specific professional vendor (i.e., caterer, DJ, bar service, professional cake designer and florist). Any modifications to the basic package will be accommodated and priced accordingly. All deposits and scheduled payments will be made to each individual vendor, based on the time frame set up and the price of the services provided by that vendor.

    Note: Any wedding package exceeding five hours is subject to a $900/hour extra charge. Also, there is a $100/person site fee charge for any wedding reception exceeding 140 people.
