Breakfast

Obviously, breakfast is a big part of the B&B experience. It’s the time when your host, Joan, is at her most creative in trying to make your first experience of the day a lasting one.

After a decade-plus of delectable breakfasts, some of Joan’s dishes have become popular staples at Country Gardens. Our signature dish is an oven-baked pancake that’s simple to make yet delicious and impressive on the plate. We recently introduced a new breakfast sandwich made with hazelnuts, bananas and chocolate. Divine! Most mornings, we serve a full breakfast, but even our continental breakfasts are hearty, and guests never leave hungry.

At Country Gardens we like to incorporate home-grown vegetables and fruits into our breakfasts. Blueberries manifest themselves in a delicious blueberry pecan French toast. Zucchini, squash and onions combine to make a delicious vegetable frittata--enjoyed by our vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.

We try to accommodate all of our guests’ dietary needs. Please let us know when booking your reservation or upon check-in if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
